RACE INFORMATION

- 8.15am start for Fun Run (Category E)

a) Payment at the counter must be in the form of CASH.
b) Postal entries are NOT accepted.
c) NO refund will be made for wrongful, multiple or successful registrations.
d) Substitution and changing of categories is NOT allowed, participants are requested to select the category one ligibility according to your qualification.
e) Incomplete and/or late entries without or with insufficient fees will be rejected. The decision of the Competition Committee is final when accepting entries.
7) PRIZE WINNERS
i)All prize winners must produce their identity card (Malaysians) or passport (foreigners) for age verification.
ii)Winners must be present for the prize presentation at the end of the "We Care Charity Fun Run" '12, failing which the prize will be automatically forfeited.
8) CERTIFICATES & FINISHER MEDALS
i) Certificates will be issued to all participants who completes the run.
ii) Finisher medals will be awarded to the first 50 runners at the finish line.
9) COLLECTION OF BROOK'S RUNNER'S TEE & NUMBER BIB
a) Date of collection :14th - 16th of May 2012 (Runners from Seremban)
:19th May 2012 (Saturday) (Outstation Runners)
Time of collection :10.00am - 4.00pm (14th - 16th May 2012)
: 10.00am - 2.00pm (19th May 2012)

b) Please note that all uncollected race kits will be deemed as unwanted and therefore become the property of the organizers upon closure of the distribution hall on 19th May 2012.
c) Please be advised that the Runner's Tee are limited. Distribution will be carried out on a first-come-first-serve basis.
d) There will be NO distribution of kits on race day.
10. For runners who have registered online, please bank-in your entry fee to our RHB Bank Acc :20504200040815 and email the recepit of payment to rachel.selvaratnam@columbiaasia.com within 7 days from the date of online registration. Please ensure that your recepit of payment is provided to avoid any complication during your race-kit collection.
11. Recepit of payment (online and walk-in) will be used as your coupon to redeem your race-kit.
12. For Runners who are unable to collect their race kits on the stated dates, 14th - 16th May 2012(weekdays) due to working days, you may collect them on 19th May 2012 (Saturday) from 10.00am till 2.00pm. (as stated above)
13. All Runners will be contacted 1 week before the race kit collection.
Information needed for collection of Race-Kits:
- Present their IC for verification during collection with coupon (recepit of payment)
- For Bulk / Group Collections, group leaders will need to email here the list of runners, latest by Friday, 13th April 2012.
- List of the participants & IC. No and the person's collecting on behalf. (for bulk/group collection)
